Return Policy
What Can I Return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund on purchased parts within the identified period of delivery.
Items must be in same condition as delivered (please do not de-assemble, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the UAE where reason for return isn't a result of supplier error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee of AED 35, per item will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.
Freight, regional or international returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by Supplier, a return shipping label will be provided.
